Editing and Proofreading

Editing and proofreading is a review of a document from the Customer, involving revisions and recommendations to improve flow, readability, and language accuracy.

Our Guarantees

Money Back Guarantee

The Customer is responsible for providing understandable and precise instructions for the order. The Company will fully cooperate with the Customer, who should make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Service satisfies the anticipated quality requirements.

Refund requests need to be made in writing via email or the Customer Admin Panel within 7 days of receiving the order. Refund requests after 7 days will not be accepted. Refunds will be given based on these rules or as decided by the Company.

In case the order is delivered after the agreed upon deadline, the price will be adjusted accordingly. Any price difference between the initial and actual delivery deadlines will be refunded to the Customer if relevant.

The Company will not be held responsible for nor provide a refund in the following situations:

• The refund request is made after the 7-day period following delivery.
• The Customer fails to provide any evidence to support the request.
• The Customer was unresponsive regarding the clarification of instructions, which led to significant delays in order fulfillment.

Authenticity Guarantee

Before providing any service, the Company guarantees that all works are original and tailored to the Customer's particular needs. We perform detailed checks to confirm that the work is truly customized to meet individual requirements.

The Company promises to address any concerns the Customer has about authenticity of the completed order. To request a review, the Customer can provide proof, such as third-party analyses or detailed feedback pointing out exact problems.

Please bear in mind that standard phrases, widely accepted practices, or necessary references will not impact our authenticity assessment. Moreover, small similarities identified because of software errors are not covered by our Authenticity Guarantee. The Company has the final say in determining whether the order meets the authenticity standards.

Free Revision Guarantee

Customers have the right to ask for a free revision if they believe the order didn’t follow their original instructions or the promises specified on the Company’s website. Revision must be requested in writing within 14 days of the order completion, either through email or the Customer Admin Panel. After 14 days, it will be assumed that the Customer is happy with the Service, and free revisions will not be provided.

The time taken by a freelance expert to complete any revisions is counted separately from the original service timeframe. Additional time for revisions is approved at the discretion of the Customer.

The Customer may request revisions that go beyond the original instructions, conflict with the initial order or are submitted more than 14 days later. However, a fee will be charged based on the amount of additional work needed.

Ordering Policy

Inconsistent or Incomplete Instructions

The Customer consents to give full and clear instructions, files, materials, and login details needed to complete the order successfully. If the Customer states that additional materials will be provided, the work on the order will be put on hold after payment until those extra materials are received. This ensures the expert doing the work has everything necessary for providing their services. We will not begin working on the order until the Customer gives us all the required materials. The Customer realizes that the delivery timeline depends on the timely submission of all necessary resources.

Contradictory Instructions

The Customer must provide unambiguous and consistent directions. Conflicting directions can lead to delays in order delivery, since the Company will need to check and resolve them with the Customer. Work can be suspended until explanations are given. The Company will not bear accountability for any delays caused by the necessity to confirm directions.

Reasonable Support and Cooperation

Customers understand that not providing guidance or failing to respond to inquiries during the order process may lead to delays in delivery. We advise our Customers to check their email regularly for any questions. Not checking messages or providing incorrect contact information may result in delays in completing the order.

Obscure or Rare Sources

If to complete the order, our expert needs access to specialized sources that are not readily available to the public, the Customer consents to supply these materials or access credentials within 2 hours of payment confirmation. Not doing so can delay order completion.

Order Cancellation by the Customer

A freelance specialist is assigned to the project only after payment for the order is received. Since this is a specialized service, refunds will be provided only in the cases outlined in Terms and Conditions. In other situations, the decision to give a refund or discount is made by the Company.

The order cancellation terms are as follows:

• The Customer can cancel an order any time before payment.
• If the order is paid but no specialist has been allocated yet, the Customer can get an 80% refund upon cancellation.
• If the order is paid and the expert is allocated, the Customer can get a 40% refund upon cancellation.

Deadline Policies

Customer Extension

The Customer may provide extra time for the specialist to finish the order. In this case, a new deadline will be established. Any lateness will be determined based on this revised deadline.

Revision Deadline

In the situation when the Customer demands a revision under the Free Revision Guarantee, the expert will need extra time to make the necessary changes. The order will not be considered late in this case, and the Money-Back Guarantee for late delivery will not be applicable.

Payments and Balance

Service Charges

The fees for the Company's standard services are listed on our website. If a Customer asks the Company to perform work that is not one of our normal service offerings or needs to make changes that differ from the initial instructions, we reserve the right to establish a custom rate.

Advance Payment

Customers can pay for their orders upfront as long as the Company feels certain it can find a freelancer to complete the work. If an expert cannot be assigned after advance payment, the Customer will receive a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds, in full or in part, will be returned to the original credit or debit card used for payment. For direct bank transfers (Wire Transfers), credit towards future orders may be offered instead of a refund. Refunds will be provided based on these terms or at the Company's discretion.

Upfront Payment

Customers understand that a freelancer is not assigned to their order until after payment is received. Tardiness in submitting payment after completing the order form and choosing a deadline may lead to late delivery. The deadline will start only once full payment and all required order details have been provided.

Discounts & Balance

The Company’s seasonal discounts apply to each order individually and cannot be combined. Customers are free to use or ignore any available discount. The Company does not issue refunds for discounts that are not used.

Customers can add money to their account with the Company and use it along with discounts on future purchases. The added money can be used to pay entirely or partially for orders or not used at all. Money added to the Customer's account will only be refunded if it has not already been used. Otherwise, the account balance is non-refundable.

Service Completion and Delivery

The Customer will receive the completed order at their registered email address. The results can also be accessed directly through the Customer Admin Panel.

If the order isn’t delivered to the Customer by the specified deadline, they should reach out to the Company for support. A representative will assist in resolving any technical issues to ensure prompt delivery.

The Company will not be held accountable for any delays or delivery problems caused by the Customer’s email server or Internet Service Provider issues.

Privacy and Security

The Company promises to safeguard the privacy of Customers and will not share any data given while placing an order, unless legally mandated or to investigate fraudulent activities.
